There was a moment when control disappeared.
In November 2022, a tree struck by lightning fell and crushed my leg.
What followed were nine surgeries over three years — with more still ahead — and a prolonged season of stillness, uncertainty, and surrender.
The experience dismantled assumptions about pace, identity, and certainty.
It revealed something I had not fully understood before:
Structure alone is not enough.
Surrender alone is not enough.
Both must coexist.
ARC was not born in theory.
It was clarified in that season.
My professional life unfolded inside structure.
Accounting. Compliance. Decision-making. Real-world impact.
At the same time, I was drawn toward embodiment, creative process, and the deeper patterns shaping identity and behaviour.
These worlds spoke different languages.
One measured risk.
The other moved through uncertainty.
ARC came together at the intersection.
A scaffold strong enough to hold complexity.
A spiral deep enough to embody uncertainty.
Structure and surrender — integrated.
Creativity has been a testing ground for ARC.
In developing and producing a Fringe show, Anamnesia: Come Unforget What You Forgot, I entered a creative process that stretched structure and surrender simultaneously.
The show did not proceed in its original form.
The integration did.
Many of the realisations that now shape ARC were anchored in that season.
Looking back, I can see clearly:
Had it gone ahead, the clarity this work now carries may not have formed.
ARC was not clarified outside of that experience.
It was clarified through it.
I am a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser with 17 years in accounting, leadership, and complex decision-making environments.
Alongside this professional grounding, I have undertaken extensive training in identity work, behavioural psychology, and consciousness development — including:
• Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming
• Master Practitioner of Hypnotherapy
• Reiki Levels 1 & 2
• Meditation and contemplative practices
• Public speaking and facilitation
• Ongoing immersive inquiry into identity and transformation
These disciplines form the foundation for ARC — not as separate modalities, but as integrated lenses.
ARC is not only cognitive.
It operates at the level beneath language — in pattern, perception, and relational dynamics.
My work draws from an understanding of energetics and metaphysical principles, not as abstract philosophy, but as lived experience.
Before behaviour, there is orientation.
Before language, there is meaning.
Before strategy, there is coherence — or distortion.
ARC addresses that level.
It strengthens structure at the visible layer while recalibrating alignment at the unseen one.
ARC supports individuals and leaders navigating thresholds, complexity, and distortion.
It restores coherence.
It strengthens structure without rigidity.
It deepens embodiment without drift.
This work is not about reinvention.
It is about integration.
About remembering who you are — and creating from alignment rather than distortion.
